Treatment Packages
Pre paid treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable and are non-exchangable under any circumstances and valid for 12 months only from date of purchase.
Procedure Fees
Procedure fees vary according to the individual characters and needs of the patient. You will be given a quote for treatment at the time of the consultation. You are not obliged to go ahead with the procedure on the day. Booking for Thread lifting treatment, in particular, requires a 30% deposit. Should you cancel your appointment 1 week prior to your scheduled appointment, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Products
Cosmetic products are non refundable and it only exchangable within 7 days from the date of purchase, only if the cosmetic product is unused and has not been opened, and in it's original packaging. You must provide a receipt for proof of purchase.
